Melbourne Masjid is a project started and managed by Saarban Islamic Trust with the help of local residents of Melbourne as well as Muslims across Australia. .

This proposed land of masjid lies 37 km south-east of Melbourne’s central business district in the suburb of Narre Warren North. The 22 acres of land for the masjid has been purchased in 2017. The land is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Some of the property features include main road frontage, ample space for a car park, and a Muslim population hub in the future.

Our aim is to build much needed Melbourne Islamic Centre not only for Narre Warren North but for the south-east suburbs Muslim community as well. This Masjid will alleviate the congestion issues of the existing Masajid in the locality by providing a community center, which will be used for daily prayers, providing information to non-Muslims about Islam and other activities like Quran and linguistic learning for kids/adults.
